A Walker County native and proud veteran, Chris served in the military for nine years, where he developed a deep commitment to fitness, wellness, and service to others. His experience in the health and wellness field spans over a decade and includes certifications in personal training, assisted stretching, cold water immersion therapy, and nutrition.

Chris’s approach is built on his dedication to helping others unlock their best potential, both physically and mentally. With hands-on expertise in various wellness modalities—including assisted stretching, cold therapy, red light therapy, and traditional sauna benefits—he brings a holistic perspective to Jasper Wellness and Recovery. His goal is to create a space where individuals can access the best in recovery science and personalized wellness coaching, right here in his hometown.

Chris holds certifications in personal training, exercise design planning, assisted stretching, Coldwater emergent therapy, and nutrition coaching, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance tailored to their individual goals.
